The iQue® integrates a patented sampling technique that enables the quickest sample acquisition in the industry. The system can handle 96- and 384-well plates and allows nonstop plate loading via connection with any automation system.

The latest Enhanced Rinse Station (ERS) has been added into the iQue®, which offers:

  • Smart software tracks rinse station fluid levels
  • 48-hour continuous run time before substituting reagent cartridges
  • Automated vortexing just before sampling for better Q.C. results
  • Warnings for low, missing, and even user-fixed volume levels
  • Enhanced reagent cartridges with less evaporation and the ability to effortlessly close and store if required

Speed

Users can get rid of capacity bottlenecks with the quickest plate sampling, multiplexed no-wash assays, integrated analysis, and innovative data reduction tools.

Miniaturization

Precious reagents and samples can be conserved by sampling just a single microliter from miniaturized assay volumes.

Content

The system can be used to carry out high content, multiplexed examination of beads, cells, and secreted proteins in suspension.

Usability

Users can enjoy a basic, scalable, multi-user setting with walkaway automation, detailed analysis and visualization tools, and other features not seen in conventional solutions.

Insight

Users can significantly decrease time to decision with novel visualizations that enable the quickest path to actionable results, even from complicated data sets.

Forecyt® Software

The built-in Forecyt® software deals with the analysis bottlenecks related to multi-parametric data generation by allowing fast data visualization and interpretation.

Tools such as auto-generated IC50/EC50 curves, analysis templates, and profile maps perform the analysis for you at the end of the run. Next-level analysis can be performed by using Sartorius Panorama feature, which allows instant analysis and re-analysis, if needed, of several plates even if run on different days.

Users can decrease data analysis times from days to minutes by having all of the data examined as soon as the plate has finished sampling.

Multiple configurations based on your requirements

The iQue® is available in numerous optical configurations and versatile plate formats.

Features

The iQue® expedites research

Fast, walkaway plate processing

  • Generous cartridge station enables unattended multi-plate processing
  • Patented, fast microvolume sampling processes 96 well plates in just 5 minutes or 384 well plates within 20 minutes
  • Users can carry out regular tasks with the press of a button, including system cleaning, shutdown, plate map calibration, and even fluidics refilling (with the QMax Refill Module).
  • Samples are loaded on to detectors in an air-gap delimited stream, so the whole plate of data can be analyzed at one time
  • The interface and integration development kit enables easy use of the user’s preferred automation
  • Assay protocols can be configured for any point after or during plate sampling
